What types of cables can the WPM-81B Automatic Figure-8 Wire Winding Machine handle?

The WPM-81B is engineered to efficiently wind and tie a wide range of thick cables and cords, including AC/DC power cords, USB cables, HDMI cables, and similar wire assemblies. Its robust design and adjustable tension control make it ideal for various wire gauges and insulation types common in electronics, appliance, and automotive industries.

How does the figure-8 winding pattern benefit cable packaging and storage?

The figure-8 (or 8-shape) winding pattern prevents cable twisting, kinking, and stress on internal conductors. This method creates a compact, stable coil that is easy to unwind, reduces tangling, and presents a professional, organized appearance for retail packaging. It also optimizes space in storage and shipping, improving logistics efficiency.

What are the key features of the WPM-81B's control and operation system?

The WPM-81B features a user-friendly touch screen interface for intuitive programming and operation. It offers high precision winding with 0.01mm accuracy for consistent coil size and tension. The integrated conveyor belt allows for automated feeding and ejection, enabling seamless integration into production lines for high-speed, continuous operation with minimal manual intervention.

Is the machine suitable for high-volume production environments?

Yes, the WPM-81B is designed as a high-speed automatic machine for demanding production environments. Its automated winding, tying, and conveying processes significantly reduce labor costs and increase output consistency. The durable construction ensures reliable, low-maintenance operation, making it a cost-effective solution for manufacturers requiring efficient, large-scale cable bundling.

What after-sales support and customization options are available for the WPM-81B?

We provide comprehensive technical support, operator training, and spare parts services. The machine can be customized for specific cable dimensions, coil diameters, tying methods (e.g., twist-tie, velcro, band), and integration with existing production lines.
